Chicago Public Library “Even if the window is the same, not everyone looking out sees the same thing: the sight depends on the look” (Alda Merini)
Our emotional and affective state plays a key role on the way we see what surrounds us and on our perception in general.
Everyday we are exposed to new stimuli, new ideas, new interactions, new changes. Some may even say we are bombarded with news.
The way we perceive them varies greatly between people based on their own cognitive schema, but as well based on their mood. Happiness enlightens us, that is when we come up with new ideas, solutions and we adapt to changes without fear.
